I didn't wake up this time. I saw it and I didn't wake up. I can't tell if I'm happy or upset, as that was also one of the worst dreams of my life. I just couldn't wake up, no matter how much I begged and tried, I didn't. I was dead, and everyone else was too. I could see the bones and flesh on everyones skin, and my legs felt automated. I could do no task but walk and stare at lifeless corpses, some moving and some still. Everyone else seemed to be the same as me, too. They looked like they were on the verge of death, being guided around by strings and recklessly breaking joints and twisting skin in their last moments. I saw the thing above me the entire time, it was horrifying nonetheless. Maybe I won't sleep today.
